Camie Jae Goldhammer, MSW, IBCLC
Director of Lactation Services
Camie is a clinical social worker and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Camie received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington in 2006, specializing in attachment, bonding, and complex trauma and focusing the majority of her clinical social work in positions serving Washington State’s Native community and with King County Public Health’s WIC and Maternity Support Services.
From December 2011-February 2013, Camie served as a lactation consultant intern with Seattle Breastfeeding Medicine and is currently an IBCLC candidate. She is the founder and chair of the Native American Breastfeeding Coalition of Washington and a post-partum doula serving families throughout the greater Seattle area.
Camie is currently the Community Health Center Project Manager with the Breastfeeding Coalition of Washington, working to support local community health centers to best providebreastfeeding services for their clients.
Camie lives in Columbia City with her husband and two daughters, Dylan (4) and Johanna (1).
